[RANDOM THOUGHTS] The Moon That Embraces The Sun

I can't help but smile at the entire thing. I had high hopes for this drama and it didn't fail me completely unlike what Secret Garden did. LOL. It wasn't perfect and the conflict was predictable and so are the moves of the parties at war but all in all the pros outweighs the cons.

[ON THE RADAR] Nam Ji Hyun

Oh how I missed this girl. Not only on the feeling of missing her but I literally missed her out on the drama 'To the Beautiful You'. Gahd. How could I have not know it was her? Stupid me.

Panda and Hedgehog Casting Imports

I looked up on the profiles of the cast of Panda and Hedgehog and found out that almost all of them were from the drama, It's Okay, Daddy's Girl. Funny how that seem to be, it turns out that the scriptwriter of PaH is also the scriptwriter of IODG. I haven't watched IODG, but I'm planning to so it's going to be like a reunion drama in reverse for me. I'm going to see the same stars but in a different light and setting. This should be fun.

[RANDOM THOUGHTS] Arang and the Magistrate Finale

I didn't understand the last sequence LOL so I had to read dramabeans' recap. Reading... then blog... Oh, they were reincarnated... then Magistrate was only joking, right? He was joking? But ohwell, it was still a cute ending. Anyway onto some other points/thoughts I want to convey...

I was wrong, I thought it was Magistrate's mother who killed her, then during episode 18-19 and maybe til 20, I thought it was Joo Wal but then he did suicide so I was left with no one to blame. And then came the truth that it was just Arang herself all along. Dang. I am no good in all this afterlife predictions! Anyway, that much had made their life more complicated so it was good enough for me. More complications, better drama. But then it's the finale! Good thing they were able to tie up the pieces well. Not in a very grand and OA way, but in subtle ways which was more effective for me.

Style Icon Awards: Eunji & Seo In Guk Reunion

yayy! Eunji & Seo In Guk (Reply 1997) are back in each other's arms. LOL. Both walked the red carpet of Style Icon Awards together and accepted their award as part of the top 10 Style Icons of the Year. Winners were selected through online voting (30%), research preference surveys (30%), and evaluation done by members of the executive committee and 100 specialists (40%).

 

[RANDOM THOUGHTS] Arang and the Magistrate Episode 17

This must be the revealing episode. Everything is now out in the open. Lee Seo Rim's death, Ju Wal's past and crimes and of course, the one I have been waiting for... Arang's confession.

'King of Dramas' Teaser

I kinda found a link of the 2nd teaser of SBS's King of Dramas in soompi. After watching the teaser, it reminded me of Hyun Bin & Song Hye Kyo's Worlds Within. I don't know if they are similar in plot but I do know they have different feels. This new drama is more perky and more on the action side while WW dealt with a gloomy dramatic feel of melodramas.

[RANDOM THOUGHTS] Nice Guy Episode 14

Seo Eun Gi, I want to apologize. I thought you were joking. But still I want to be pissed at you for being a coward. Can't you just take the truth and face the issue head on than keeping it all in and using your brain damage to forget what you want to forget? You and Maru are just going around in circles. But I guess that's how this drama works just for it to fill in 20 episodes or 16? I think it's 20 since its a 막장 (makjang).

[ON THE RADAR] Park Shin Hye

I just recently finished Heartstrings and I can say that Park Shin Hye has gotten better in the acting department, not that she's not good because she is good. She has been cute ever since You're Beautiful so it's a plus there. Now, I have just read that she has a cameo role on the upcoming SBS drama 'King of Dramas' starring one of my favorite korean actresses, Jung Ryeo Won and my super hot idol bias, Choi Siwon.

'I MissYou' Teasers

OMG! The 'I Miss You' teasers have been released! This is the first time that I have been this super excited with a drama to the point of even watching out for its teasers.

From one melodrama to another. From Nice Guy to this. My life couldn't get any more dramatic. LOL. This 2011 and 2012 had been a stream of romcoms and saeguk for me. I kinda think that I need more of these melodramas in my system to balance out all the fluff that I have been watching.

The hell with your brain injury, Seo Eun Gi! You are such a smart girl... You think I will believe you saying you don't remember Maru? Obviously, you just hate what you remember so it's better for you to just 'not know' him than confronting the issue. Gahd. Can't the guy change?!

[RANDOM THOUGHTS] Arang and the Magistrate Episode 12

I was wrong. The calm before the storm was longer than I thought. The calm gave me a very cute and lovely episode 11. With all the cuteness and happiness from the Marang couple :) It kind of extended thru episode 12, which I am currently watching and I currently paused because it is giving me a heartache... Magistrate was ready to tell Arang about his feelings (i think) but Arang stopped him and said that the moon was nearing its fullness, hence a month has passed and only one full moon to go where she has to leave. It just breaks my heart that they can't tell each other how they feel because of this fact that they have to part soon. Gahd. I'm so into this now. LOL.

[RANDOM THOUGHTS] Arang and the Magistrate Episode 10

I guess my love for Arang has returned! I have been lagging behind on this drama because of the past couple of episodes. In a word, those episodes are BORING. It has just been episodes of secrets after secrets. Atleast in episode 10, we get to have some answers and I get a little giddy because of Magistrate's denial on what he really feels for Arang.

Yoo Seung Ho on 'I Miss You' as Second Lead

This drama is going to give me a heart attack. LOL. I just posted about this and now I'm posting another post because Yoo Seung Ho is now confirmed to be acting as Yoochun's rival in MBC's upcoming drama 'I Miss You'. The drama is going to replace Arang and the Magistrate, to which YSH just acted as the Jade Emperor. Gosh. This drama is just getting better and better on the casting department. Yoochun + Yoon Eun Hye + the teenagers and now, Yoo Seung Ho! I just wish they'll be able to deliver on the plot and the directing area.

Teenage Stills of MBC's 'I Miss You' + my excitement

My excitement for this upcoming MBC drama is peaking high. With the release of these gorgeous shots of Yeo Jin Gu & Kin So Hyun, who are gonna be playing teenage Yoochun & Yoon Eun Hye, respectively, the drama just keeps on getting me interested. With its cast, Choonie & YEH on lead, to its plot, what better melodrama could certainly get to me now?
